From virtual reality to PharmaID: our return to the trade fair to showcase a new way of designing the pharmacy

After ten years of absence, we have returned to the European trade-show scene, participating for the first time under the Gibam Pharma brand. Pharmagora in Paris and Cosmofarma in Bologna were the perfect occasions to unveil our vision for pharmacy interiorsโ€”born from months of research, design, and development.

At both shows, we presented a booth designed to showcase our furnishing styles: distinct, fully customizable solutions that reflect every pharmacistโ€™s tastes and needs. In our view, the pharmacy is an identity-driven, welcoming, and highly functional space.

The boothโ€”which won first prize in the Design and Innovation category at Cosmofarmaโ€”was engineered to highlight two immersive visitor experiences: the VR Experience and PharmaID.

Through virtual reality, pharmacists embarked on an interactive tour of a pharmacy designed by Gibam Pharma, a journey that brought to life our meticulous attention to every detailโ€”from layout and functionality to aesthetics and comfort.

PharmaID is our bespoke tool for translating a pharmacistโ€™s identity into personalized furnishing ideas. By answering a few simple questions, visitors received an on-the-spot printed brochure with tailor-made style suggestions for their own pharmacy. This one-to-one approach allowed us to celebrate the uniqueness of each space.

Pharmagora and Cosmofarma were more than just two major industry events: they marked our very first concrete step into the market, allowing us to share a new vision of the pharmacy and contribute to the transformation of healthcare spaces.
